How to break ampoule:
- Locate the white lines
Find the white lines on the narrow part of the ampoule. This indicates where to apply pressure.
- Snap the first tip
Apply gentle pressure with a snapping motion to break the ampoule.
- Turn the ampoule
Carefully turn the ampoule upside down to position the liquid at the opposite end.
- Snap the second tip
Repeat the process to break the second tip. This allows the liquid to flow out smoothly.
- Dispense the liquid
Pour the contents into the desired container. Dilute in water or fruit juice. Avoid hot fluids.

Discard immediately after use.

My skin looks better

I suffer from mild eczema and dull looking skin. Since starting Sacred Shine I have noticed my itchiness calmed down and also my skin looks plumper! the fact that the liquid ampoule looks so clean and clear gives me assurance of what im consuming and it is great.

I’ve been struggling with wrist pain for some time, the product help relieve the discomfort. Feel more flexible, can type on computer longer without pain. I personally enjoy working out alot and always on the search for products to help me with recovery and the soreness from post workout. This series of supplements kinda hits a few birds with one stone.
